This past weekend was the wedding of Kathleen and Paul. Wow. Talk about hitting the nail on the head! They got married at the absolutely gorgeous Colony 29 here in Palm Springs. Of course they picked an incredible location, but they also embraced the essence of what vintage Palm Springs truly is!
Kathleen’s gown was simply amazing! An incredible Oscar de la Renta gown (from his last collection) and if this dress did not fit her personality I have no idea what would! Such classic lines, Paul does call her his “Audrey Hepburn” and I can see why! I also loved Paul’s white jacket, bow tie and his shoes were pretty amazing too! Of course Kathleen’s shoes were quite impressive as well, Manolo Blahnik. Yeah, she did it right!
There is only one thing which totally trumps their taste in wardrobe. It is their love for each other. The story of how they went on their first date, and how Paul just knew from day one that she was the one. They just know each other, I mean they really have a deep understanding of each other! It is amazing to watch two people so meant to be together. I don’t think there were too many dry eyes at their beautiful ceremony!
I could probably write a super long blog about this wedding, but I’ll just let the pictures tell the story. Thank you Kathleen and Paul for letting us be there for such a special day! Congratulations and have a very happy honeymoon in Santa Barbara!!!!
