We always talk about the brides and the grooms and their relationships. We always celebrate the day, talk about love and how people are meant to be together. But what about the furry, fuzzy, adorable little family members? Yes I’m talking about the wedding dogs! It doesn’t matter where we are, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, East Coast or West Coast, there is always someone who wants their lovable little fur-baby to accompany them on their wedding day! So we wanted to share some of our favorites with you.
We have photographed many weddings with dogs who are active participants in the entire wedding ceremony and reception. We have even seen a dog be a “Best Man” at one wedding! The groom’s brother wasn’t the happiest about that, but at the same time he fully understood why he was nudged out of the position by this amazing pooch!
The funniest part of dogs at a wedding are when they steal the show, which they quite often do! It is hard not to love these wonderful little animals and you can really see how much they love each other, owners and dogs that is.
