There is so much more to the desert than just sand and rocks. While we do love to use sand and rocks as a great landscape to our photos, we also like the style that Palm Springs has to offer. In this case, the style Rancho Mirage and the Ritz Carlton has to offer! Of course I have to attribute some of the style to Melissa and Michael who planned this whole wedding!
This hotel is so cool! It sits atop a mountain, it has incredible views, but it also has an amazing interior. The hotel staff is also super nice! We were able to walk around, use their rooms for our photos, and in the heat that is definitely a nice benefit!
I felt like we had a total “Mad Men” vibe going on for a little bit. The scotch was ready, Michael had his stylish suit and Melissa rocked her wedding dress! I wish I had video of our conversations, it was just one of those days where the wit was relentless and everyone was having such a good time together.
This was such a great day spent with great people. I know I say so many nice things but seriously, I get to meet some amazing people being a photographer and it feels really great that I was able to be part of their wedding day!
